Wild Boar in the Navarra Style

1kg of Wild Boar meat
1 bulb of garlic
100cc of wine vinegar
110cc of Mureda Crianza wine
5 cloves
8 grains of black pepper
Wild Boar in the Navarra Style


Cut the meat into small pieces. Brown it in a pan until the water of the boil disappears. In a pressure cooker, add the chopped onion and the chopped bulb of garlic and cook the mixture in low heat. Add the meat, the wine and the vinegar and cover it. Cook it for 20 minutes.
