Hake in Galician Style

Slices of hake
Mureda Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay wine
Put the oil in an earthenware casserole, it has to cover the bottom of the casserole. Slice a couple of garlics and when they start getting brown, add the parsley and a teaspoon of grated bread, stir it. Add a teaspoon of sweet pepper. Then, add the white wine and a glass and a half of fish soup, season it and let it boil for 10 minutes.
Then, add salt to the slices of hake and put them in the casserole. Cook them for 10 minutes.
