Fennels with Garlic

Preparation Time: 30 min.
½ kg of fennels
10 peeled almonds
1 clove of garlic
1 piece of crumb from bread of the previous day
1 dry pepper
1 glass of Mureda Chardonnay wine
Olive oil


Chop the fennels into small pieces and boil them with water, salt and pepper in a casserole. Once boiled, drain them, take out the pepper and add the peeled grilled almonds and the crumb wet in wine.
Mix in the mortar the pepper, garlics, more bread and a little bit of olive oil. Put everything into a frying pan with a little bit of oil, remove it and add salt.
