Clams marinière

1 kg of claims
1 chopped onion
2 clove of garlic
½ tablespoon of breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
½ lemon
½ glass of Mureda Sauvignon Blanc wine
Olive oil

Wash the clams with cold water and put them into a casserole in the heat with a little bit of water. Move the casserole and move the open clams away. Drain a little of the boiled water. In the earthenware casserole fry the chopped onion and the garlic lightly. Add the water, the wine, the lemon, the chilli and the chopped parsley. Cook for a couple of minutes and season. Finishing, put the clams and boil during a couple of minutes.
